  • Creation: Born in Santa Monica, California to Keiko and Masanori, I was rasied in NY, and moved to Tokyo, Japan by myself at the age of 15. I have a wonderful younger sister named Maki. My whole DNA-family is still in Japan.
  • Formation: I come from a traditional Japanese nuclear household, where discipline,  perseverence, and time management were a big part of my upbringing. My parents taught me that I had the capacity to achieve academic goals; I taught myself how to fly.
  • Education: Westchester County (NY) till the age of 15 > Tokyo (Japan) for high school and university > 1 year exchange student at UC Berkeley, where I picked up some tidbits about artificial intelligence, and injured my knee while I was a winter ski bum. It was during this year abroad that I fell in love with the Bay Area and also became interested in integrative medicine. I’m currently an osteopathic medical student at Touro University. Look me up in 2011.
  • Inspiration: I have been influenced by my travels to Bali (June04), Belize (Nov03), Costa Rica (July01), Cuba, Switzerland, Greece, Hungary, UK, Spain, Holland, France, Hong Kong, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, and the US (cross country). I am inspired daily by observing animals, plant life, and human interactions. Mother nature is my number one teacher. My creative peers paint my world in a variety of ways.
  • Geminization: I’m a merge between a monk and an extrovert and have cat-like qualities.
